Gefen Cat5e DVI/USB/PS2/Serial Extender

Description

The Gefen 9500HD is a perfect solution to move your computer to a secure area while still being able to connect your USB or serial peripherals to the machine. This extender uses Cat5 cable to extend up to 200 feet. You connect the sender unit on the computer and then connect your devices, mice, keyboard, and monitor on the receiver unit.

This unit supports four USB 1.1 devices. You also get two PS/2 ports, two audio ports, one RS-232 (Serial) port, and a DVI-D port. The 9500HD gives you the flexibility to work on your computer while keeping it safe in another location. This is a great idea for industrial purposes because it keeps the computer protected from heavy machinery, or you could just operate your PC from a father distance.
