Same Day Shipping

Orders received on a regular business day by 4:30 PM EST (Eastern Standard Time) ship out that same day. "Direct ship" items are shipped from the manufacturer and may not ship same-day.

Our customer service, tech support, and shipping departments operate Monday through Friday, 9:00 AM to 8:00 PM (EST), except during holidays observed by FedEx.

International Shipping Policy

We have made the decision to stop shipping internationally. We try our best to deliver great service, but we have found it too difficult to live up to our standards on international orders. Too often, our customers have dealt with late or lost deliveries, customs issues, or other logistical problems.

We would like to thank our loyal international customers for their business. If you would like to continue receiving our products internationally, here are a few options:

  • Ship on your own FedEx account. All transportation costs, customs duties, and taxes will be billed to your account. If you don't have one already, create a FedEx account.
  • Use a freight forwarder. Freight forwarding services can assist in making all the necessary arrangements for shipping items internationally, including providing you with a U.S.-based forwarding address (e.g. International Checkout).

For international shipments, the customer assumes responsibility for all costs and risks associated with the delivery of their items, i.e. the Incoterms used for international orders will be EXWORKS. Please contact our support team for more information.
